How our Scout Service works
- Briefing: You tell us your dream (e.g., "Sea view, historic stone, max €200k").
- Scouting: We use our local network to find properties (even off-market ones) that match.
- The "Cruel" Inspection: We visit the shortlist. We don't look at the view; we look at the cracks, the roof, the humidity. We destroy the romance to protect your wallet.
- Negotiation: We give you the *real* renovation costs so you can negotiate the asking price down.
